A Culture of Clinical Growth
Community Practice is built around the belief that therapists improve when they have opportunities to see good clinical work, receive meaningful feedback, and learn from one another.
Our goal is for clinicians of all levels to regularly participate in direct clinical observation and consultation. Rather than practicing in isolation, therapists will have opportunities to observe colleagues, have their own work observed, discuss interventions, and learn from different therapeutic styles.
Clinical independence matters. So does continuing to get better at the craft.
Work With Us
Accessible, high-quality mental health care across Oklahoma.
Community Practice is growing. We are interested in connecting with mental health professionals of all levels who want to provide excellent clinical care while helping build a practice focused on reducing barriers between people and the help they need.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to develop their own clinical style, access to meaningful professional collaboration, and an organization that takes both quality of care and the clinician experience seriously.
Who We're Interested in Meeting
Community Practice is interested in connecting with behavioral health professionals across Oklahoma, including:
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Peer Recovery Support Specialists (PRSS)
Behavioral Health Case Managers
Other qualified behavioral health professionals
Experience with telehealth is helpful, but we're particularly interested in clinicians who are thoughtful about their work, interested in continuing to develop professionally, and committed to providing high-quality care.
A Practice Built Around Good Clinical Work
Community Practice is being built around a simple idea: the quality of the clinical work matters.
That means creating an environment where clinicians can discuss cases, learn from one another, continue developing their skills, and use evidence-based interventions without reducing therapy to a rigid formula.
Our goal is to build a practice where clinicians have meaningful independence while still being part of a professional community.
